On June 24th President Obama called newly elected Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi to congratulate him. Since that time Morsi has taken some highly alarming action including:
- Announcing the Camp David Peace Accord with Israel would be re-evaluated.
- Firing the Egyptian Military Generals in charge of the Army, and placing himself in charge of the military.
- Firing the editors of Egyptian news publications and replacing them with his people.
The article speaks of the peace loving Muslim Brotherhood now running Egypt on behalf of the Religion of Peace. Opponents of the Brotherhood crucified in front of the presidential palace and others thus granted peace were probably delighted. Those who killed them and those on whose behalf they killed them will doubtless be great partners for peace in the Middle East.
