This article sets forth simply but very well the problems Israel will have with President Obama’s anticipated “Israeli lands for Palestine in exchange for world peace and no Iranian nukes” demands, giving President Obama’s apparently pro-Islamist administration ample time and options to “negotiate” with Iran. As in the past, Iran is likely to continue enriching uranium and collaborating with North Korea on nukes and delivery systems.
If accepted, the plan would be either suicide or euthanasia for Israel as a free and democratic Jewish state. If rejected, it would make Israel’s miserable international public relations situation even worse. As between the two, the latter is probably the least bad option.
